Due to the nature of our work and the demand for our staffs time, we require credit card details in order to book an appointment. Your card will be validated, but no charges will be taken at the time of booking.
We request a minimum of 24 hours / 1 day notice for cancellations in order to fill the appointment space with someone from our waiting list.
If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled without the required 24 hours minimum notice, the cost of the appointment will be charged 50% of the full cost.
